Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Note on Final Sale Items: Our clearance items (marked “Clearance” on the website) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, partner. Make sure you’re certain before purchasing these specially priced items!
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. Use our handy template below:

We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your return authorization number (RMA).
Step 3: Package and Ship
Pack your items securely in the original packaging (or similar sturdy packaging) and include all original tags. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle!
