Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to get your western wear to you faster than a mustang at full gallop!
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after processing)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after processing)
Processing Time:
We’ll process your order faster than you can say “yeehaw!” – typically within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of boots! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy:
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging required
- Important: Clearance items (marked “Clearance” on our website) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Shipping Costs:
