All products are shown as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. If you have questions about sizing or fabric, just holler at us before ordering!

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, it’s like reserving your spot at the rodeo – we’ll process it within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation faster than you can say “yeehaw!”

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

Delivery times are estimates – sometimes packages take the scenic route like a wandering calf. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of boots!

5.1 Return Policy

  • Returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
  • Clearance items are final sale – no returns or exchanges

5.2 How to Return

  2. Wait for our return instructions (we’ll respond within 1-2 business days)

Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged/incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the new item’s shipping.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, going back to your original payment method.
